Education and Advocacy Efforts

I get the privilege to collaborate with over 90 students at UConn to promote and host volunteer and service-learning opportunities for the UConn community. In this role, I work with local organizations such as shelters, food kitchens, and other non-profits to serve Connecticut, while also bringing attention to marginalized groups, such as the black and LGBTQ+ communities. This included designing visually appealing content and graphics, reaching out to students through social media, and hosting virtual events to discuss the importance of voting.
